| You should always make sure that the business school in question is accredited by an recognized accrediting body. Some business schools are only accredited by their own national accrediting body, while others are accredited internationally. Accreditation acts like a seal of approval for the business school. The accreditation of a business school should ensure a specific minimum standard in academic education. |

 |  | AQAS is a non-profit and registered body supported by higher education institutions and academic organisations, dedicated to quality maintenance and develpment of study programmes and education, especially at the Bachelor and Master level.
The accreditation process supports a variety of study programmes, their quality and provides transparency. As a result the accreditation contributes to international comparability and recognition and offers candidates a reliable source of information. As part of the accreditation processes, AQAS checks the quality as job-relevance of qualifications from all types of institutions of higher education.
