The study programme in Real Estate is a preparation for demanding challenges in the real estate sector and leading real estate institutions. Students get an understanding of real estate markets and investments as well as the strategic management of real estate services.

Requirements / Application

Admission to the Master of Science in Real Estate is subject to the following conditions:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 24 ECTS related to Real Estate, Economics, Management or Finance (Online courses offer the possibility to achieve missing credits)
  • Ability to follow lectures in English (English C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
  • High motivation and performance

Autumn semester
mid September to Christmas (calendar weeks 38 to 52)

Spring semester:
mid February to end May (calendar weeks 8 to 22)

Tuition / Fees

Enrolment fee: CHF 250.-
Semester fee: CHF 800.-

Duration of study

  • Part time study track: 4 semesters
  • Selected students can participate in a second degree programme MSc in International Banking and Finance at Lingnan University /Hong Kong
