Master, Master of Science
Sean Michael Bips
Business Development Manager
EBS Business School
The Master in Management programme comprises three semesters. The first two semesters are spent at EBS and the third semester is completed at one of EBS' partner universities abroad.
All Master’s programmes at EBS consist of a basic structure and lead to the Master of Science degree. Students are able to follow either a generalist route or select a specialist path to deepen their knowledge in a particular area.
In all programmes students have the opportunity to acquire in-depth knowledge in selected specializations, gain international experience through studying abroad, and take advantage of EBS extensive business, social and professional networks.
Basis programme structure:
Dual Degree Option
- 18 month programme duration
- 120 ECTS
- Fall Term: September to December
- Spring Term: January to May
- Semester abroad experience
- Master’s thesis
All Master’s programmes include a mandatory exchange semester, which enables you to profit from our global network. During your first semester at EBS, you will choose where to spend your mandatory semester abroad and whether to pursue a dual degree with one of our partner universities. Staying at a partner university provides you with new perspectives and complements your studies at EBS. Beyond this, living abroad is very important for personal development, and it fosters intercultural skills. We want you to actively use the time abroad, so that alongside the demanding study programme, you also learn the language, experience the culture of your host country and meet people from different backgrounds. We are proud of our network, and we are continually striving to expand it. We currently cooperate with 180 highly regarded universities around the world.
The exchange semester can be set up for general studies or for additional depth in an area of specialization. As an EBS student, you also have the opportunity to earn another international degree, such as an MBA or a specialized Master’s degree, in addition to the degree earned at EBS. The dual degree option requires a fourth semester and an examination, both at the partner university. Our dual degree option is available with many of our partner universities.
