This interdisciplinary master’s programme is about developing entrepreneurial solutions for today and tomorrow’s business world. This programme is future-oriented and its study contents correspond to the needs and expectations of companies that work in a constantly changing, globally dynamic, and increasingly digital world.

Graduates of the programme are practice-oriented and have well-founded knowledge with proven application expertise in such areas as people management and digitalization, strategic people management and the future of leadership, psychological competences for a flexible and agile work environment, among many others.

Requirements / Application

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business psychology, law, sociology, social work, pedagogy or a related qualification
  • English language level: C1 or equivalent
  • A high level of motivation and readiness to work hard
  • A positive outcome from the admission interview

Study start in autumn 2023:
1 April 2023 for applicants requiring a visa
30 April 2023 for Swiss and EU/EFTA applicants

Tuition / Fees

  • Enrolment fee: CHF 250.-
  • Semester fees: CHF 800.-

Duration of study

  • Regular study programme: 4 semesters
  • Extended study programme: 6 – 8 semesters
