Professor James Bennett, Department of Media ArtsThe digital revolution has long promised the 'death of TV'. However, over the last 20 years television has become the digital media form par excellence, dominating our internet experiences and even slaying some of its supposed interactive executioners. This lecture explores what television's formation as digital media means for the medium itself and digital culture more widely.
