Then seize the opportunity and broaden your view! HHL invites you to a Virtual Sneak Peak on “A better picture of the future – scenarios in response to COVID-19” with Prof. Dr. Torsten Wulf.

In this taster lecture, we address very current issues and answer questions, like: what can organizations learn from the Corona pandemic? How can they better deal with uncertainty in their environments? We suggest three answers: by thinking in trade-offs; by allowing organizational slack; and particularly: by developing clever scenarios. As part of this sneak peek lecture, we introduce a further development of the scenario approach of the HHL Center for Strategy and Scenario Planning, that allows us to arrive at a better picture of potential future developments.
