Beschreibung
We are delighted to offer an exclusive online trial lecture by Prof. Dr. Jochen Schlapp, Associate Professor of Operations and Technology Management at Frankfurt School soon:
"WHY AI PROJECTS ARE (NOT) SUCCESSFUL"
From new technological features and more efficient production processes to a deeper understanding of customer expectations: in many areas of business, AI-supported solutions are becoming increasingly more important for the market competitiveness of companies. However, AI solutions are currently facing a major organizational problem: around 80% of all AI projects (and therefore more than twice as many as for other IT projects) are terminated without success. In most cases, the reasons for failure are not technical problems, but avoidable managerial issues. But which mistakes are the most serious and how can companies take effective countermeasures? The aim must be to develop a clear implementation strategy for AI projects.
