The part-time MBA from ESMT Berlin offers the same triple-accredited, globally-recognized degree as the full-time MBA, but empowers you to balance the program around your existing commitments.

  • Study remotely for 75% of the course at the times that work best for you.
  • For 25% of the program attend 14 in-person residences to network, learn from your classmates and benefit from ESMT's campus facilities.
  • Spend only 28 working days away from the office over the two year program.

Requirements / Application

The Part-time MBA is designed for working professionals with a minimum of three years of work experience who want to be effective change agents in their organization.

We specifically seek candidates with the following competencies and qualities:

Tuition / Fees

The tuition fee is €40,000, which includes access to the learning platform and content, required case study licenses and a Smart Certificate. Tuition is payable in three installments throughout the length of the program.

Financial Aid

The ESMT MBA is an excellent investment into your future. Most students fund their studies with a mix of personal funds, loans, and scholarships. Students may also pursue financing of their MBA through their employer. To help make studying for an MBA a reality, ESMT Berlin offers access to a number of loan programs for part-time MBA students.

Duration of study

The program is cohort-based, meaning you start and finish with the same group of people, allowing you to build a network.

Our integrated approach comprises 80% online MBA study and 20% in person over 14 weekends in either Berlin or Munich (all students attend the first module in Berlin).
