Through hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM tools, AI-powered marketing platforms, and Microsoft technologies, students learn to manage cloud-based marketing operations and design strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. The curriculum also includes preparation for Microsoft certifications in Azure Data and AI Fundamentals. Delivered in a flexible HyFlex format, the programme can be completed full-time or part-time, online or on campus. Students benefit from global exposure through partners like LSE, Porto Business School, and Babson College, and gain practical experience through real-world projects, internships, and the Venture Creation Lab.
