The proven modular structure of this part-time program allows you to combine your professional development flexibly and efficiently with the demands of your work life. Over the course of 14 block modules + 5 cross-program modules spanning 16 months – including 11 in Bucharest and international modules in Austria and Asia or the US – you will experience a dynamic blend of in-depth theory, practical case studies, and leadership development.
The curriculum covers a wide array of topics from competitive strategy and innovation to change management, financial management, and of course, you will also tackle AI and ESG and other macro trends extensively. The modules are accompanied with extensive leadership development activities across the entire 16 months. These activities focus for example on communication, deep reflection, personality development, and (self-)coaching skills.
With hands-on projects like the Entrepreneurial Capstone Project, you’ll put your knowledge into action and work on truly entrepreneurial ideas – perhaps the basis for your own entrepreneurial adventure in the future.:format(webp,jpg):quality(80))

Requirements / Application
- Undergraduate degree (Bachelor 180 ECTS or equivalent)* from a recognized post-secondary institution
- Minimum of 5 years of postgraduate work experience
- Leadership experience preferred
