However, the field of leadership is vast and can be challenging to navigate, with concepts that often overlap or even contradict each other. Monitoring and critically analyzing leadership publications can be a time-consuming and solitary process.

In this course, we would like to invite participants to explore together a carefully curated selection of the latest leadership research, juxtapose it with the established classics, and critically assess the findings from the perspective of application to the practice of leadership and leadership development. In a highly interactive and innovative format, we will efficiently explore research findings and discuss their implications for leaders, followers, and organizations.
