The part-time online Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration equips you for future leadership roles. You will gain a well-rounded understanding of key areas such as finance, operations management, organizational behavior, human resources, marketing, economics, and strategic and international management. Additionally, you will sharpen your skills in modern management practices, focusing on digital workplace learning, innovation, and entrepreneurship. This comprehensive approach prepares you for making informed and responsible leadership decisions.

The program is tailored for students with other commitments, like work, caretaking, and professional athletes. Thanks to the online live sessions during off-peak hours and flexible self-study phases, you can study anywhere at times convenient for you. During the face-to-face on-campus days in Innsbruck three times per semester, you connect with fellow students, lecturers, and the BWL Online department.

No matter whether you choose to study Business Administration immediately after receiving your university entrance qualification or as your continuing education path - Business Administration is the right place for you if you are looking for a flexible future-oriented business administration program, which you can complete within three years while working.

Requirements / Application

Generally, admission to the program is available to the following persons:

Individuals with a university entrance qualification for a social, business or legal sciences study program (e.g. school-leaving exam, appropriate university entrance equivalency exam etc.)

bild-rechts Individuals without a university entrance qualification, but with relevant professional qualification, provided that one of the following requirements is fulfilled:
  • school-leaving certificate from a relevant vocational secondary school
  • completion of a dual education course with a relevant apprenticeship
Persons without a university entrance qualification but with relevant vocational qualifications must additionally sit entrance exams in German, English (Level II) and Mathematics (Level I). The level of the exams corresponds to that of a non-school university entrance qualification in social & economic sciences.

Persons in their last year at school wishing to apply for a place on the program before taking their final exams must include their most current school report with their application. Successful applicants must subsequently submit their school-leaving examination certificate before the start of the first semester.

Tuition / Fees

EUR 363.36 per semester for EU & EEA citizens, plus membership fee for the Austrian Student’s Union (ÖH)
