Requirements / Application

  • An internationally recognized academic degree in any discipline (at least a bachelor’s) – successful candidates will typically possess a minimum B+ average in their undergraduate degree
  • At least three years of postgraduate working experience
  • Leadership potential

  • Fluency in English – TOEFL iBT with a minimum score of 95, IELTS Academic score with a minimum of 7 or equivalent
  • GMAT or GRE required – a minimum GMAT score (10th Edition) of 600, a minimum GMAT Focus Edition score of 565, or an equivalent GRE score is recommended. Mannheim Business School will grant a discount of €200 for a GMAT score of 650 or above, GMAT Focus Edition score of 615 or above, or an equivalent GRE score, in acknowledgment of your performance.
  • APS required for applicants with a first degree from China, Vietnam and India
  • Although knowledge of German is not a requirement, we strongly encourage you to start taking a German language course prior to the start of the program

Be prepared for a rigorous academic and hands-on program that fills your days with lectures, case studies, assignments, presentations and readings on all aspects of general management, sustainability in particular. And the challenge does not end here: for the duration of the program, you will be assigned to a heterogeneous group of classmates to form one of our Multi-Competence Teams. Together, you will tackle the critical elements of the program, drawing on the diverse skills, viewpoints and knowledge of each person.
