Building High Performance TeamsThe 360 Degree Feedback Programme from CIIM

What are the essential dynamics of successful business teams and which is the best way to manage and lead them?
Answers to these crucial questions form the core of a new executive programme being organized by the Cyprus International Institute of Management CIIM in February 2007. The Executive Education course, entitled ‘The 360 degree Feedback Programme’, is designed for middle and senior managers, who lead teams, including CEOs and departmental heads.

The programme focuses on the evaluation and assessment of continuous feedback from different sources as a means to enable managers and leaders to develop further and increase their performance. The importance of leadership for the effective management of teams will be high-lighted as well as the key leadership skills needed and the deeper understanding of human behaviour at the level of the individual, the team, the firm’s culture.

The speakers at the programme, Brian Willman and Richard Jolly, both Teaching Fellows at the London Business School, have extensive experience in consulting and coaching leaders and senior managers in different industries. They both have long and prestigious client lists; Brian Willman specializes in the development of leadership skills for managers in businesses facing change and Richard Jolly focuses his research on barriers to change in organisations and the dynamics of top teams.

‘The 360 Degree Feedback Programme’ to build high performance teams will take place on February 21-22 and March 27-28 2007, at the CIIM premises in Nicosia. Places on the programme are limited, so interested managers and leaders are encouraged to apply as early as possible to register.
