The European Master in Management is a 2 year double master’s degree teaching international management from a European perspective. Jump start your career in international management

As part of the programme you also have two internship opportunities outside of your country of origin to equip you with valuable business experience, the opportunity to apply your management and leadership knowledge to real-life business environments, as well as develop a global business network. Previous European Master in Management students have interned with major international brands Accenture, Allianz, BNP Paribas, Daimler, Danone, GE Healthcare, Kraft Foods, L’Oréal, Mercedes Benz, Porsche, Sanofi Pasteur etc.

Global organisations such as Allianz, Bosch, China Galaxy Securities Corp., Commerzbank,
Deutsche Post DHL, Google, H&M, NEC, PwC, SIEMENS, Société Générale and The BCG have all employed previous European Master in Management graduates for a variety of international management roles. According to a survey of previous programme graduates, 55% of respondents had accepted a job offer before graduation, whilst 27% accepted a position within 6 months of graduation. In addition, 47% were working outside of their home country following the programme, with 85% of respondents in full time employment, 10% in further education and 5% having started their own company.

Students also have many opportunities, both inside and outside the classroom to develop their management, team working and leadership skills to prepare them for a successful management career. For example second year students took part in and won the Junior Consulting Challenge, an event organised by EMLYON association Junior Conseil in partnership with consulting firm Capgemini. Of the experience, one of the students said: “We were able to think and act as professional consultants as well as apply concepts and models learned throughout our academic career.”
