Speakers
Dounia Chlyeh
Dounia Chlyeh is a PhD candidate at Kühne Logistics University (KLU), Hamburg. Her research explores the intersection of corporate sustainability and financial performance, pioneering the concept of integrated Key Performance Indicators (iKPIs). By developing a structured typology of iKPIs, Dounia aims to bridge the gap between sustainability reporting and financial metrics, providing companies and investors with reliable tools to evaluate sustainability risks and opportunities transparently. With a multidisciplinary background holding a BSc in Energy Systems Engineering, an MA in Management, and an MSc in Resource Efficiency in Architecture and Planning (REAP), Dounia’s innovative approach supports strategic decision-making and enhances the credibility of sustainable finance practices.
Andreas Feindt
Andreas has been working at Tomorrow, a sustainable finance provider from Hamburg, for over six years. He is currently Lead Business Development Manager and is responsible for the further development of products and partnerships. Previously, he was Co-Head of Investment and worked intensively on the development of investment offerings.
He holds a Master's degree in Management and Finance from the University of Lüneburg and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Applied Sciences Nordakademie Elmshorn. On the panel, Andreas will share insights from working in the fintech sector and talk about how sustainability and innovation come together in the financial world.
Marian Klemm
Marian Klemm is a qualified banker and business economist with over 20 years of experience in the financial sector. Since 2024, he has served as Chairman of the Board of Forum Nachhaltige Geldanlagen e.V. (FNG) and is also Managing Director of Green Growth Futura GmbH, an independent research and consulting firm for sustainable finance. FNG is the leading professional association for sustainable investments in German-speaking countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) since 2001, with around 200 members spanning banks, investment firms, rating agencies, advisors, academia, NGOs, and more. As a founding member of Eurosif, FNG works to advance a financial system that supports the socio-ecological transformation of the real economy within planetary boundaries—through stakeholder networking, innovation, quality assurance, and member support.
