Experience a day where you can try things out and be inspired. And be ready to shape the future. Become part of the committed, growing community around the HHL Female Founders Initiative.

In the three panels, women who have made courageous decisions and shaped their own paths, motivated by independence, responsibility, and passion, will speak.
Our role models will share their experiences: How ideas become start-ups. How to become a supervisory board member. How to shape the future for the better. And much more.
In between, there will be short activities on mindfulness, voice and posture led by experienced trainers.
Embrace Community stations invite you to explore various topics and interactions contributed by our community. Just give it a try!
Celebration: We look back on 16 HHL Women Entrepreneurship Initiative classes, with over 200 participants and more than 60 start-ups created.
Light lunch, drinks, and snacks will be provided, so enjoy the opportunity for personal conversations and inspiring exchanges.
