The Munich Business School is the first accredited private university in Bavaria. It has represented a hands-on international business studies education since its founding in 1991.
An education at the Munich Business School offers more than just pure subject specific studies. Along with modern hands-on business topics, the university also offers general education topics and various seminars which have the aim at developing one’s personality. An intensive language program including at least two languages used in business and study abroad semesters at one of our 40 partner universities world wide are mandatory parts of a successful education here.
The Munich Business School distinguishes itself through its constant interaction with the current business world. The lecturers also have extensive experience outside of the classroom which provide the student with up to date examples. In doing projects, the students are shown how to think in an entrepreneurial fashion. The many and various internships which are done intensively prepare the students for their future careers.
There are currently approx. 500 students enrolled in the international business course of study. The personalized atmosphere and modern decor provide for an optimal learning environment. Located in the heart of Munich, the university is not only close to many attractive German companies but also offers many activities to do during one’s leisure time. According to a ranking done by the newspaper „Die Zeit/CHE“, students gave Munich Business School a grade of 1,4 which confirms it’s position as one of the top level German universities.
MBS offers practice-oriented, state-accredited undergraduate and graduate degrees. Its full-time Bachelor of Arts in International Business (3 years) and Master of Arts in International Business (18 months) are offered in German as well as in English. The Master of Arts in Sports Business and Communication (18 months) is taught in German. Munich Business School's part-time, post-graduate executive MBA programs in General Management (taught in English) and Health Care Management (taught in German) take 24 months to complete.
